     I removed my md802 from the box to use it ,and the top 1/4 of the LCD  screen has lines in it and is not very legible . It looks like the screen is going out. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

     Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is hardware issue. Have to send it in for repair or replacement.
